God Bless Paul and Susan and everybody who helped. We are strong because we have each other’s back.
A dose of reality here, no doubt. I sent a donation back in February because of the obvious injustice Paul had experienced. Having already subscribed to Texas Law Shield, this interview exponentially justified my membership.
Not a big fan of lawsuits over butthurt, but I think it’s quite justified in this case. I’d sue this guy, and whomever he works for, for all the costs incurred for this travesty, as well as the cost of all your memberships for life.
Is it possible to bring a suit against the law enforcement who were responsible for proceeding with the false charges as well as the truck driver who started the lies
Having worked in the Criminal justice system, I can tell you, Paul should not have been arrested. That cop should have challenged the complaintant’s story, about Paul waving a “revolver” when a semiautomatic Glock, not a revolver was found in Paul’s possession. The video disputing the complaintant’s story, should have made any prosecutor immediately drop the charges. Perhaps a false report charge should be levied against the complaintant as well. I hope Paul can sue him too.

Outstanding! Glad to hear that it all worked out.

States usually have 48-72 hours before they have to charge you, so yes, you can be arrested without being told why for quite some time.
