Hey Bob, great show. Great pistols you carry. Great advice on EDC rotation. Certainly not every day. I do rotate on a “seasonal” basis. I live in the Austin, Texas area, just a short distance from you. You know with Texas heat, carrying every day, with light clothing is a real challenge, so a smaller gun works for me, so a Kahr P9 works well for me. In cooler weather I may “rotate” to my Sig Sauer P229 SAS Gen2, in .357sig, or my Dan Wesson 1911 Vigil .45acp. I have many years trained with all these “type” of guns. One more perspective. I have a Glock 19 gen 4, I own too. For me, the grip angle is really not bad, and I can shoot it well. I adjust the way I hold it. I must say I do not have to make the same adjustment for my 1911, Kahr, or Sig, because they simply point more “naturally.” My two cents. Thanks Bob. I really enjoy your YouTube, and audio podcasts.
Thank you Michael, good comment. I agree that Glock’s grip angle and point of aim is different, but it’s easy to get used to. I actually have not been able to shoot any better or faster, with a more natural pointing gun. I’ve been testing this for a coupld year. You have a nice handgun set up, based on your description above. Thanks for listening.
Hi Bob, I doubt about about your closing song… It really sounds like Ozark Revival but it should be… Am I right?
